A single room typically takes three to four days, a 500 square metre warehouse four to five working days, and a 3D floor seven to ten days. Most of that time is curing between coats rather than active work. Foot traffic is possible about 24 hours after the final coat and full load after seven days.

For durability and hygiene, yes. Epoxy is seamless, so there is no grout to darken, wash out or harbour bacteria, and no individual tiles to crack or lift under impact and trolley wheels. Tiles are easier to repair in small patches and need no cure time. For industrial, commercial and wet areas we would specify epoxy; for a small domestic bathroom, tiles are often the more practical choice.

Yes. Cured epoxy is unaffected by ambient Nigerian temperatures and humidity, and it is used in un-air-conditioned warehouses and hangars nationwide. The one real risk is moisture rising through a ground-floor slab with no damp-proof membrane, which is why we moisture-test before quoting and use a damp-tolerant primer or membrane where needed. For sunlit areas we specify a UV-stable top coat so the finish does not amber.

We generally start at around 20 square metres, roughly a single large room. Below that, the cost of mobilisation and surface preparation is the same as for a larger job, so the rate per square metre becomes poor value for you. Wall murals and feature panels are quoted per project and have no minimum area.
